About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on providing an exceptional experience for patients and their families while supporting infant cranial imaging and clinic operations. The specialist works with the team to capture three-dimensional, 360-degree images of babies using the Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®) system and helps ensure the imaging equipment operates optimally. The company provides training on its specialized processes for candidates who bring problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience caring for or working with infants or children, in high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families.
Work with the team to complete a three-dimensional, 360-degree image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).
Calibrate and operate the DSi® system and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment.
Schedule new-patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy practice management software.
Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy.
Perform medical office duties, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients.
