About The Position
BA Tech Analyst responsible for business and system requirements analysis, translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications, and supporting solution design across complex initiatives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience evaluating use cases, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Domain knowledge in Commercial Credit Pricing, Spreading, Underwriting, or other Enterprise Credit areas.
- Expert user of AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Copilot.
- Significant experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Ability to understand business needs, align diverse groups toward common goals, and clearly articulate problems and proposed solutions.
- Must be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications.
- Support solution design across complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Credit business and technology teams to elicit, define, and validate requirements that meet business needs.
- Proactively manage, communicate, and escalate risks to support successful project implementation.
