About The Position

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and processes and working with users, IT resources, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs. Serves as project leader for smaller-scale projects and supports assigned business applications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must have strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Participation in a weekly rotating on-call schedule for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Nice To Haves

• bachelor's degree in a computer science discipline or comparable experience preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in a similar position strongly preferred.
• ITIL V3 Awareness training preferred.
• Some travel may be required based on business needs, project requirements, and workload.

Responsibilities

• Work with users, IT resources, and vendors to evaluate needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform quality assurance testing for assigned projects.
• Serve as the on-site IT representative for project implementations.
• Serve as project leader for smaller-scale IT projects.
• Support assigned business applications and assist with issue resolution.
• Participate in a weekly rotating on-call schedule to provide required after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
• Travel to Boyd Gaming properties, as required, based on business needs, project requirements, and workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned
