About The Position

This role involves partnering with stakeholders to define and document key metrics and reporting logic for Front Door and AI initiatives. The analyst will be responsible for designing and executing experiments end-to-end, including defining hypotheses, setting up test structures, analyzing results, and presenting recommendations. Additionally, the position requires building and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and gathering requirements for new reporting or analysis needs. Documentation of metric definitions, reporting logic, and experiment methodology is crucial for consistency and repeatability.

Requirements

SQL (querying/analysis)
BI tool proficiency (dashboard build/maintenance)
Experimentation (hypothesis and test design, success metric definition, results analysis)
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Business/analytical storytelling and presentation
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and document key metrics and reporting logic for Front Door and AI initiatives
Design experiments end-to-end — define hypotheses and success metrics, set up test structure, analyze results, and present recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting; troubleshoot data discrepancies stakeholder's flag
Run ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions and surface opportunities
Gather requirements from stakeholders to prioritize and scope new reporting or analysis needs
Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and experiment methodology so work stays consistent and repeatable across the team
