About The Position

Passion.io is seeking a highly operational and hands-on B2C Performance Marketer to own and scale their acquisition engine. This is a rare opportunity to join a proven, profitable company that is going all-in on AI-first with YouAI. You will be instrumental in rebuilding the business from the ground up as an AI-first, product-led company. This role is for a strong individual contributor who wants a significant opportunity to make an impact. The team is fully remote and spread across 14+ countries.

Requirements

Highly operational and hands-on; able to ship independently and quickly.
AI-native: capable of building agentic workflows, not just prompting ChatGPT.
Deep paid expertise in info-product, webinar, VSL, or direct-response economics.
Experience scaling a webinar or VSL funnel.
Hungry, high-energy, and motivated by progress.
Strong individual contributor seeking a significant opportunity.

Responsibilities

Own and scale B2C paid performance end to end, including ads, angles, creative, and funnel.
Relaunch the company's webinar and VSL funnel in an AI-powered, education-first format for 2026.
Identify and scale paid channels, starting with Meta, into high-converting, net-positive funnels.
Build AI and agentic workflows to produce more creative assets faster and with fewer resources.
Collaborate with the VP Sales, video editor, and CRM manager.
