AI-First Full Stack Marketer
About The Position
This role is for an AI-First Full Stack Marketer who can operate across the entire marketing journey, from customer insight to asset creation and distribution, leveraging AI to increase speed and impact. The position reports to the Product Marketing Lead and is part of a team focused on building a modern storytelling engine for Delight.ai, accelerated by AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to use AI tools to perform tasks that were previously not possible, moving at a fast pace and owning the full marketing lifecycle. This role combines aspects of customer marketing, product marketing, and storytelling, with a strong emphasis on understanding customers, products, and market dynamics.
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing or product management.
- B2B experience.
- Demonstrable work that can be presented as a portfolio.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing, such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Cursor, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable, Runway, Midjourney, or Pika.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and teach oneself new skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Agency and curiosity to bring ideas to life.
- Skill in extracting stories from customer conversations.
- Understanding of product feel and user experience.
- Ability to conduct deep research and derive useful insights.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers, dig into the product, and understand the market thoroughly.
- Identify and develop compelling customer stories and product angles.
- Create marketing assets such as case studies, videos, social content, and sales decks.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation and distribution.
- Craft narratives that capture attention and resonate with the target audience.
- Distribute stories to the right people at the right time.
- Foster customer pride in being part of the company's story and attract new prospects.
