As the Consumer Marketing Lead for North America, you will have the ultimate responsibility of accelerating consumer demand across the US and Canada while building a sustainable, world-class brand. In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic right-hand to the Head of Marketing for North America, owning the overarching consumer marketing engine and defining a new category of marketplaces. You are a creative marketer who isn't afraid to push boundaries, but you back up your big ideas with rigorous data fluency and execution. As an exceptional people leader, you will directly manage and mentor a high-performing B2C marketing team of 3 (Sr Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, CRM Manager). You will drive local innovation, advocate for the North American consumer, and seamlessly collaborate with our Global leaders to scale our marketplace.
