About The Position

We are Versuni, a company that owns renowned domestic appliance brands such as Philips, Saeco, Senseo, Gaggia, L’Or, Preethi, and Baristina. Our purpose is to turn houses into homes. We have a robust portfolio spanning kitchen appliances, coffee, climate, garment, floor care, and home security, backed by over 900 patents. We are seeking a Marketing Lead North America to enhance Versuni's presence in the US and Canada. This is a critical leadership role responsible for developing the regional marketing strategy and driving business growth in a dynamic market. As the regional business owner, you will have end-to-end accountability for portfolio strategy, P&L performance, competitive positioning, consumer engagement, and channel strategy.

Requirements

  • Solid relevant marketing and commercial experience, gained in consumer goods
  • Global consumer electronics industry background is a differentiator
  • Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing activation optimizing both campaign ROAS on key platforms (Amazon, Google, etc.) and overall ROI using Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Highly effective project management skills
  • Proven agency management expertise
  • Team management experience is a must have
  • Effective global stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled at managing large marketing budgets and act towards business objectives
  • Initiative taker with high ownership to drive category growth
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written language
  • Based locally and Happy to come to the office 2-3 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Lead 18-month rolling forecast outlook in line with category ambitions and market dynamics
  • Drive portfolio strategy, ensuring the right product positioning and competitive pricing to drive profitable business growth
  • Localize global strategies based on deep consumer insights derived from market and data analytics
  • Own and manage marketing budgets to ensure achievement of strategic business and marketing goals
  • Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies working in close collaboration with Media, E-Commerce and Shopper marketing teams, to build a strong brand funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Represent the business in front of the business customers, i.e. distributors, retailers building and executing sales plans together with Sales team
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing team of Category Mkt Managers, Media Manager, Media PR Influencer, Perfect Store Mkt Manager
  • Design and maintain a high-performing workflow between internal teams and external agencies (Creative, PR, Media, Event etc.)
  • Analyse local and global market trends to create and sustain competitive advantage
  • Coordinating with both local and global executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility
