As a senior leader, the B2B Senior Sales Manager serves as both a strategic business partner and a hands-on sales leader, responsible for building a high-performing sales culture that consistently delivers results. This individual will recruit, coach, and develop a team of Business Account Executives while creating scalable processes that drive sustainable growth throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a passion for developing people, building pipelines, and creating winning sales strategies. They are equally comfortable leading executive-level customer conversations, analyzing performance metrics, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
