The ideal candidate will possess a 'hunter' mentality, be dedicated to exceeding sales goals, and have a proven track record of surpassing sales expectations. Strong work ethic, proficiency in CRM systems, and comfort navigating diverse sectors (industrial, medical, retail) with a focus on air quality and customer satisfaction are essential. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $70,000, plus bonuses, a cell phone allowance, gas reimbursement, and significant bonus opportunities, with potential total earnings up to $170,000 annually. Requirements

  • 2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.
  • Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field).
  • Organized with territory management experience.
  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings.
  • Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing sales.
  • Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver personalized facility service solutions.
  • Proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to foster business growth.
  • Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
  • Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Carry out competitive analysis and keep up-to-date with the facility maintenance industry.
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and follow up with potential clients.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and excellent service delivery for new clients.
  • Represent City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.
