We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred (water, beverage, HVAC, office products, uniforms, telecom, or service industries considered an asset).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to generate leads and manage a sales territory.
  • Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM experience.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Culligan’s commercial drinking water solutions to businesses throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities.
  • Develop new business relationships with offices, warehouses, retail stores, convenience stores, gas stations, industrial facilities, and other commercial customers.
  • Present and demonstrate bottle-free water coolers, bottled water programs, ice solutions, and filtration systems.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door prospecting.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and customer agreements.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management through CRM software.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Represent Culligan professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, delivery, and departments.
  • Attend occasional trade shows, networking events, and community events.
