About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented B2B Sales Assistant to support the growth and day-to-day operations of the BrandsMart USA B2B division. This role will assist with order processing, customer qualification, paperwork management, and logistics coordination, while helping to provide an excellent customer experience for our business clients.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish required
  • Sales experience required (retail or B2B experience preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to walk long distances throughout the office and warehouse when needed
  • Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Assist the B2B Sales team with processing customer orders and quotes
  • Help identify and filter potential B2B customers and leads
  • Prepare and organize paperwork, invoices, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding deliveries and pickups
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, inventory, and project timelines
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the B2B department
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and internal departments
