About The Position

Our parent company is Crown Uniform & Linen Service, a 100+ year-old company based in Nashua, NH. Our particular division features an effective, affordable service for commercial, institutional, and other facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident self-starter who thoroughly enjoys prospecting and closing. Each day begins and ends at our Nashua base. This is not an order-taking position. We are searching for a true, experienced hunter with drive and professional presence, and looking for an established company known for quality and outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside B2B sales.
  • Strong prospecting and closing ability.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable meeting decision-makers and business owners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet apps, etc.), quick learner
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background screening and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent professional sales experience will be strongly considered.
  • Continuing sales training or professional development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and close new business.
  • Maintain organized pipeline activity.
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
