About The Position

The B2B Operations Manager is responsible for leading forecasting, operational planning, and cross-functional business operations to support customer demand, operational performance, and business growth. This role partners with multiple departments and global stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The B2B Operations Manager is responsible for leading business operations, forecasting, and strategic planning activities to support customer demand fulfillment, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. This role drives cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Technical, Finance, and global headquarters teams to align customer requirements with operational capabilities. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales, inventory, and supply chain performance to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making, developing and managing KPI reporting frameworks, and facilitating operational reviews to enhance accountability and performance. The position also leads process improvement initiatives focused on increasing forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and scalability while supporting strategic business planning, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or in a related field
  • Business operation, and/or logistics experience preferred.
  • 7~10 years of work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as familiarity with SAP
  • Bilingual (English & Korean)
  • Spanish plus

Responsibilities

  • Daily operation of checking order status, communicating across departments (HQ Korea, Sales team, production team, & technical team) to fulfill customer’s requests and provide solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date forecast from customers, analyze the forecast, and place order to the production team in weekly bases.
  • Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and operational activities to support customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, production planning, logistics coordination, and warehouse activities.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, supply chain, and operational performance metrics to support strategic planning and management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking processes to improve visibility, accountability, and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities among Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Technical, Finance, and global headquarters teams.
  • Oversee transportation, shipment scheduling, and logistics operations with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Manage import/export activities, customs compliance, and trade documentation, including USMCA Certificates of Origin and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse performance through cycle count and inventory control processes.
  • Lead operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reporting effectiveness, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve business performance and service levels.
  • Execute SAP ERP transactions related to order management, inventory control, invoicing, customer claims, cost tracking, and month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and business analyses to support leadership initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
  • Work closely with PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) to update status of shipment, advise production & shipping schedule to the customer.
  • Work closely with freight forwarder in order to review US Customs compliance and track the shipment for on time delivery to the customers.
  • Process import / export document and arrange appropriate transport mode based on strict deadlines.
  • Update customer’s portal of packaging data, NAFTA (Certificate of Origin), etc. If customer requires.
  • Obtain documents related with sales orders and proof of delivery and send invoices to customers.
  • Monitor inbound & outbound schedule at the warehouse.
  • Conduct warehouse inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Handle bill document for customs clearance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales history.
  • Report weekly sales recap to the management to reach the sales goal.
  • Month-end closing procedures (Warehouse/Freight/Samples/Customs Related Invoices).
  • Proceed customers’ claim invoices through the SAP based on QA Team’s decision.
  • Maintain the price chart up-to-date (Applying LTA on time as contracted).
  • Other duties as assigned.
