As a B2B Major Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for broadband product sales activities including Direct Sales (face to face), cold calling, Telemarketing, and Canvassing (door to door selling) to Major accounts, Hotels, and Government accounts. You will meet broadband sales objectives by maintaining a project list, discussing progress with the Sales Manager, identifying obstacles in closing agreements, and developing solutions to improve the closing ratio. You will contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts, networking, and referrals to acquire appointments. You will identify potential new customers through cold calling and/or canvassing, and make sales calls to resolve customer needs, gain information, and discuss viable solutions. You will craft tailored, efficient telecommunications solutions and sales plans for accounts, conduct product and services demonstrations and presentations to Medium and Large prospects, and engage Business Sales Engineers in technical aspects of the sales cycle. You will assure the usage of metrics for business intelligence to justify sales and have a complete understanding of market opportunities. You will close sales by demonstrating benefits to the customer, explaining costs involved, acquiring contract signatures, and obtaining deposits on material services. You will write and submit accurate and timely orders following the established sales process. You will maintain broadband customer happiness by maintaining rapport with current accounts, evaluating service levels, identifying and resolving problems, bringing up issues for appropriate resolutions, and notifying senior management of potential service failures. You will provide broadband product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests at sales calls, crafting possible solutions, and engaging Sales Engineers to craft solutions to meet customer needs. You will handle all elements of the account, including daily collaboration with the client and internal resources, and provide ongoing strategy and consultation to customers to assist in their business goals. You will participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer entertainment activities, supporting sales, promotional, and corporate events representing the Company. You will handle all sales contract submission and approval to ensure accurate processing and implementation. You will report and track prospects, sales efforts, and customer interactions on the assigned territory. You will perform daily sales reports and visit reports as requested by your supervisor to obtain sales and cover the territory. You will complete sales service orders and other sales forms in their entirety, following sales requirements and policies. You will process all sales daily through the Business Sales Processing Department, providing all vital information as established by sales policies. You will deliver sales daily in the assigned office base within the established timetable and make sure to follow the established minimum sales quota on a weekly and monthly basis. You will track all processed sales to ensure they are installed in a timely manner. You will keep Managers informed of daily sales activities and production results and attend meetings as required by your Supervisor or Manager. You will drive company vehicles and promote compliance with Liberty’s mission, vision, values, policies, and practices. You will demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions may be assigned.
