We are seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to help execute and scale SonderMind’s B2B growth engine across health systems, payors, Veterans Affairs (VA), and enterprise referral partners. This role plays a critical part in how SonderMind shows up to partners through clear messaging, thoughtful campaigns, and consistent execution that supports both pipeline growth and referral activation. Reporting to the B2B Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll own the execution and optimization of full-funnel B2B marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing. You’ll bring strategy to life by running campaigns, developing enablement, and improving how referrals move from first touch to care. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a strong B2B marketer who values ownership, precision, and measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, attention to detail, and a bias for action—building repeatable processes, learning from data, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to help scale SonderMind’s B2B business and expand access to mental health care.
