As the Manager of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Sorenson’s customer base and increasing revenue across Sorenson’s B2B portfolio. In this position, you will design, support, and implement marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyalty. You will also identify new market opportunities, conduct A/B testing, and apply growth techniques to rapidly scale marketing initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. Collaboration with a wide range of cross-functional teams—such as sales, product, customer care, operations, and data science—is essential to your success. Your primary goal is to support and develop scalable and repeatable methods for acquiring and retaining customers while maximizing ROI and driving sustainable business growth.
