About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and strategic B2B Marketing Manager with experience spanning both education and enterprise sectors to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth across diverse B2B markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with educational institutions, international educational consultants and international agents. You will combine strong analytical abilities with creative thinking to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with multiple stakeholder groups, generate qualified leads, and support our B2B sales team in meeting revenue targets across these key verticals. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the B2B agent team in delivering targets associated to the B2B marketing and sales funnel, including CRM database growth and optimization, bespoke content creation including partnering with the B2B sales team in crafting specific program portfolios, and dedicated collateral to meet specific requirements of agent partners as well as building and deployment of targeted data-driven B2B campaigns. This position will report directly to the CMO, with a close partnership to the Director of B2B Sales to prioritize and manage requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with demonstrated experience a plus in both education and international businesses
  • Experience working with international educational consultants and understanding of global education markets
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, enterprise decision-making processes, and how to tailor marketing campaigns across regions and customer segment types
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and international markets
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue in education and enterprise sectors
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across different markets
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools to measure performance across diverse markets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences in communication and marketing approaches
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems used in education and enterprise sales, preferably Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and B2B nurturing strategies
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign development
  • Ability to edit and repackage content within Canva for basic design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with company objectives for driving enrollments through B2B marketing and sales channels including international educational consultants, agents and group business.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting various segments within the educational consulting space - this might include digital campaigns, as well as printed campaigns and event support.
  • Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate our value proposition across different markets, highlighting relevant benefits for each segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams, product managers, and international partners
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral and B2B website tailored to specific audience needs, including white papers, case studies, presentations, and digital content that resonates across cultural and organizational contexts
  • Plan and execute participation in both education-focused and agent conferences, trade shows, and webinars globally to increase brand visibility
  • Manage marketing budget and track ROI across various marketing initiatives, segmented by vertical and region as appropriate
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain a content marketing calendar that addresses the needs of different buyer personas and agent partner needs within the agent community
  • Partner with sales team to optimize the marketing and sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring alignment between B2B marketing efforts and B2B sales outcomes
  • Manage the B2B CRM database, focusing on data quality, segmentation, and enrichment to improve targeting capabilities
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
