About The Position

As the Event Marketing Manager, you are the face of CookUnity Business. This is an "Operator-First" ownership role. You will design and lead our presence at everything from 5,000-person national healthcare summits to intimate, 10-person "Chef’s Table" dinners for C-suite executives. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of an event: from initial regional research and contract negotiation to on-site logistics and post-event lead conversion. You are part logistical mastermind, part charismatic host, and 100% focused on ROI.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years in B2B Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, or Trade Show Operations.
  • Logistical Mastery: Proven experience managing complex event logistics, including vendor negotiations, budgets, and shipping timelines.
  • ROI Mindset: A track record of using events to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and drive measurable business growth.
  • Hospitality Excellence: Ability to represent a premium culinary brand and interact comfortably with C-suite executives and clinical leaders.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to major U.S. hubs and conferences as the lead on-site operator.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across Culinary, Ops, and Sales teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Healthcare, HR-Tech, or Food-Tech industries.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for lead tracking and post-event reporting.
  • Experience managing events in union-led convention centers and major hotel circuits.
  • A passion for the culinary world and an understanding of food safety/service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Major Conferences: Research, book, and execute our presence at national trade shows (e.g., HLTH, SHRM, ViVE). Own the booth design, union labor, shipping, and high-volume food sampling.
  • Regional "Ground Game": Conduct deep-dive research into local HR chapters and healthcare coalitions in our hub cities (NYC, LA, Chicago, Austin, etc.) to build a calendar of high-impact regional activations.
  • VIP Lead Gen: Design and host white-glove "Closer" events, such as executive roundtables and private dinners, to accelerate late-stage enterprise deals.
  • Smart-Fridge Launches: Lead "Day 1" office takeovers for new Fraîche installations, designing the experience to drive maximum app adoption and immediate fridge utilization.
  • Partner & Member Support: Coordinate localized "Wellness Days" for corporate partners and support health plan member events to drive awareness of meal benefits.
  • Performance Tracking: Partner with Sales to manage the lead-capture process and produce ROI reports that prove the value of every dollar spent in the field.
