About The Position

Project Expedition is a fast-growing travel and tourism startup connecting travelers with unforgettable tours and experiences around the world. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help us engage travel advisors, drive demand, and fuel company growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and the travel industry. You’ll work closely with our Sales Team to create impactful campaigns, engaging content, and high-performing digital marketing assets that strengthen relationships with travel advisors and partners. If you love storytelling through marketing, designing compelling campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and working in a fast-moving startup environment, this could be a perfect fit.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, travel, or agency-facing industries
  • Strong email marketing and design skills
  • Experience creating marketing collateral (PDFs, flyers, branded assets)
  • Video editing experience for short-form marketing or training content
  • Ability to translate business challenges into multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance metrics
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable working with email marketing platforms
  • Comfortable working with social media tools
  • Comfortable working with design platforms (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities within the travel industry through market research and analysis
  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
  • Own campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are met
  • Create high-quality marketing assets including emails, PDFs, flyers, one-pagers, social content, and training materials
  • Manage content across email, webinars, social media, and website updates
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and audience needs
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to support advisor engagement and agency growth
  • Support webinars and marketing initiatives that drive advisor participation and pipeline growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach and strengthen advisor relationships
  • Track campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
  • Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed industry benchmarks
  • Manage multiple priorities while delivering marketing assets on time
  • Communicate with travel advisors and partners, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Monitor market feedback and online chatter to provide insights to the team
  • Leverage AI tools, marketing platforms, and automation to improve productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Training, and Product teams
