About The Position

Sodales is seeking a B2B Content Writer to join our marketing team. We build compliance software for enterprise HR teams, and we need a writer who can make complex topics clear and credible for a senior buyer audience. Product training will be provided. Strong B2B writing experience is essential, and working knowledge of on-page SEO is a big plus.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3-4 years of experience as a content writer or digital marketer, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Strong editing and proofreading skills with serious attention to detail
Comfortable collaborating with internal subject matter experts to develop accurate, insight-driven content
Hands-on experience with core marketing and SEO tools
Candidates must include 1–2 B2B writing samples for their application to be reviewed.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of on-page SEO
Prior experience writing for fintech, HR tech, compliance, or adjacent B2B verticals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop, execute, and optimize content and campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Publish and manage Sodales' written content including articles, product updates, success stories, and new assets that move buyers through the funnel.
Support content generation for SEO and social media, writing across different formats: social posts, emails, whitepapers, SEO positioning articles, product brochures, news, video copy, and other marketing materials.
Work closely with the SEO and content marketing department to execute on briefs and strategic initiatives.
Own the performance of the writing content by monitoring what's working, identify patterns, and continuously optimize.
