This role is ideal for a strong writer who enjoys executing high-quality content at scale, working closely with a strategic content lead and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. You’ll play a critical role in supporting pipeline growth, strengthening thought leadership, and enabling sales conversations through impactful content. This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in: Financial Services, Insurance, SaaS, fintech, or other complex industries
  • Proven ability to produce a range of content formats (portfolio required)
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or demand generation initiatives
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, structured narratives
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content supports it
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, particularly search intent and optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Content management systems experience (Sitefinity or similar)
  • SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar)
  • Experience or strong interest in using generative AI tools for content creation and optimization
  • Ability to critically assess and refine AI-assisted outputs & prompts
  • Data-aware mindset with an interest in improving content performance

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality B2B content across formats, including: Blog articles and website content, Case studies and customer stories, Whitepapers, guides, and gated assets, Email campaigns and LinkedIn content
  • Translate complex subject matter (e.g., products/solutions, technology, compliance) into clear, engaging, audience-friendly messaging
  • Maintain a consistent and credible voice aligned with brand positioning
  • Execute content aligned to integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market priorities
  • Support development of assets that contribute to lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content meets business and customer needs
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content optimization
  • Apply critical thinking and editorial judgment to refine AI-generated outputs into high-quality, brand-aligned content
  • Continuously improve personal workflows using AI to increase efficiency and quality
  • Partner with subject matter experts across product, sales, and technology teams
  • Conduct interviews and synthesize insights into credible, insight-driven content
  • Analyze industry trends, reports, and competitor content to inform narratives
  • Apply search intent and keyword insights to improve content visibility and performance
  • Support updates and refinement of existing thought leadership assets
  • Use performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness
