About The Position

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated B2B Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing outbound sales operation focused on the US restaurant industry. This is not a traditional call center role. We are looking for confident outbound sales professionals who are comfortable speaking with business owners, building relationships, handling objections, and creating opportunities through high-quality conversations. You will play a key role in connecting with restaurant owners across the US market, introducing valuable business solutions, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong outbound sales or appointment-setting experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy speaking with people.

Requirements

  • Previous outbound B2B sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Excellent objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Professional phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Barranquilla
  • English resumes are required for this role
