About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking an Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This is a full-time, W-2 role with paid training, offering performance-based advancement and earning potential. The company is a large residential roofing company with multiple industry recognitions. This field-based position requires strong customer service, communication, and professionalism, and is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant service, reception, or administrative assistance who enjoy face-to-face interaction and staying active.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (to get to and from the office)
• Ability to work 40 hrs between 9am - 7pm, Mon -Sat

Responsibilities

• Market in assigned neighborhoods face-to-face
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
• Explain our free inspection service
• Schedule appointments for inspections
• Stay active and work outdoors
