Responsibilities

  • Make 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
  • Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
  • Set appointments for senior reps during the initial weeks
  • Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
  • Handle objections, create urgency, and build pipeline daily
  • Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
