Responsibilities
- Make 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
- Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
- Set appointments for senior reps during the initial weeks
- Run full sales cycles (prospect to close) by month 2
- Handle objections, create urgency, and build pipeline daily
- Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
