Requirements

  • Competitive and motivated by performance-based income

  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

Nice To Haves

  • Recent grads: No sales experience required. We’ll teach you a proven process. What we can’t teach is work ethic and competitiveness. Bring those, and we’ll do the rest.
  • Experienced reps: If you’re tired of capped comp, weak product, or no path forward, you’ll find none of that here.

Responsibilities

  • 70 to 80 outbound cold calls per day
  • Sell digital marketing and SaaS solutions to small business owners
  • Set appointments for senior reps during your first weeks
  • Run your own full sales cycle (prospect to close) by month 2
  • Handle objections, create urgency, build pipeline daily
  • Participate in daily huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching
