About The Position

Busy BMW of Pembroke Pines, part of Holman, is hiring a BMW Technician to service and repair vehicles assigned by the Service Manager. The role involves performing repair-order work efficiently and accurately according to dealership and factory standards, diagnosing malfunctions, and making repairs. The technician is also expected to keep current with automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials, maintain a neat shop and account for dealership tools, road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality, and adapt to changes in automotive and diagnostic technologies. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 may be available based on qualifications, and relocation assistance is available. The listed starting pay range is $23.11–$32.93 per hour, with wages determined by job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. Requirements

At least 2 years of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.
