About The Position
Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced B-Pressure Welders for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman (JM) Welder Ticket
- Valid B-Pressure Ticket
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Aluminum
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial construction
- A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required
- Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, a half mask fit and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
- Candidates offered a position must successfully complete a weld test at the CLAC Welding Training Centre

Benefits
- Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement
- ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
