We are currently recruiting for B Pressure Rig Welders to join our team for an upcoming outage.
Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Welder ticket (Red Seal preferred).
- Valid B Pressure Certificate (current and in good standing).
- Must have valid safety tickets (H2S Alive, WHMIS 2015, CSTS-2020).
- Strong troubleshooting, layout, and fitting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in industrial construction or live plant environments is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality B Pressure welding in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures.
- Set up, operate, and maintain rig welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct welds that meet or exceed quality standards with minimal rework.
- Collaborate with other trades and crew members to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
- Identify hazards and comply with all company safety policies and legislative requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
