About The Position
Full-service auto repair shop seeking skilled and dedicated B and C Level Automotive Technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with expertise in diagnostics and maintenance of various vehicle systems. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Openings are available in Metairie, Covington, and Baton Rouge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role helpful.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with powertrain systems.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace components such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
