About The Position

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a full-time Azure Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer in Washington, DC. The role supports the design, implementation, and operation of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and combines Azure architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps automation, and security remediation. The engineer will work with development and operations teams to modernize infrastructure, improve security, and support migration efforts.

Requirements

Active Top-Secret clearance to meet contract requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
Strong proficiency with Azure services, automation, and IaC, including PowerShell and ARM templates.
Experience with cloud security remediation, compliance, and governance.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice To Haves

Terraform or Ansible experience.
Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Azure DevOps Engineer, or AWS certifications.
Experience with hybrid cloud, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and advanced networking.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure, including compute, network, and storage services.
Modernize the infrastructure repository by bringing unmanaged Azure resources under source control and refactoring IaC, primarily using PowerShell.
Automate deployments and operational workflows using IaC tools and scripting.
Analyze and remediate Azure scan findings, prioritizing critical and high-priority issues to meet security and compliance standards.
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on Azure best practices.
Configure CI/CD pipelines.
