Azure DevOps Engineer

Libra Solutions•Nashville, TN

About The Position

Libra Solutions is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and operate the delivery pipelines and cloud platform behind its products. The role owns Azure DevOps pipelines end to end, from build and test through security scanning, approval gates, and promotion across multiple environments. It also manages infrastructure as code so environments are reproducible, reviewable, and consistently deployed. The engineer operates the application and integration tier delivered by those pipelines, including Azure App Service, API Management, Data Factory, and Application Insights, and designs multi-region resilience. Familiarity with SQL Server and Azure SQL is a plus, particularly for automating database deployments and environment refreshes. Libra Solutions operates in a regulated environment handling sensitive medical and financial data and maintains a SOC 2 Type 2 program. The role requires treating pipelines, failover plans, and environment deployments as controls that must work consistently and produce audit evidence. The engineer collaborates with software engineering, data, IT operations, security, and AI-native engineering pods adopting agentic development and delivery tooling. The position reports to the Director, TechOps and Security. It can be based in an office in Denver, Colorado; Charlotte, North Carolina; Rosemont, Illinois; or Las Vegas, Nevada. Strong remote candidates are welcome, with occasional travel as needed.
