About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Data Engineer for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for generating, collecting, and processing data. The engineer will create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

The successful candidate is expected to work independently as a subject matter expert, participate in team discussions, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. The role also includes managing team performance, providing solutions to work-related problems, and offering technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Accenture Flex employees work onsite at projects in their local metro area, reducing or eliminating travel demands.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience with one or more of the following: Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Delta Live Tables, or Azure Function Apps.
• Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
