About The Position

Under the guidance of an Azure Cloud SME, the Azure Cloud Administrator I will be responsible for assisting in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Azure Cloud infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of Azure Cloud, a deep understanding of the Workday application, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to complete tasks and assignments related to Azure Cloud and Workday.

Requirements

Ability to work utilizing professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, participate in critical decision making, and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in Azure Cloud management or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud concepts.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions related to Azure Cloud O&M.
Demonstrated deep understanding of Workday administration.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and requirements related to Azure Cloud O&M and Workday administration.

Responsibilities

Assist in the O&M of Azure Cloud infrastructure and applications.
Follow established procedures and guidelines related to Azure Cloud O&M to complete tasks and assignments.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers related to Azure Cloud management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Azure Cloud management.
Identify and report issues and discrepancies related to Azure Cloud O&M in a timely manner.
Participate in meetings and training sessions related to Azure Cloud O&M as required.
Manage and maintain the Workday application as Software as a Service (SaaS) and provide priority #1 response to HR upon request.
Create reporting solutions through use of Workday’s advanced and matrix custom reporting tools, calculated fields, and dashboard maintenance.
Configure and maintain Workday business process logic and scheduled reporting/integration processes.
Engage with the Workday Community platform to find solutions and suggestions from other customers and Workday Ask-An-Expert resources, stay apprised of new features, and presents system improvement ideas.
Participate regularly in professional development activities to keep abreast of changes and new developments in HR technology.
Train new personnel on Workday O&M as requested to provide company depth in this technology.
