Requirements

• Valid AZ Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years’ professional driving work experience is required
• 3-5 years shunt driver experience
• Clean driver’s abstract, experience letters and CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration)
• Strong geographic knowledge of GTA and surrounding area
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• High level of dependability and reliability
• Ability to lift, stack and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of weather, temperature and road conditions
• Flexibility with working hours and availability required

Responsibilities

• Perform shunt driving between 2 EarthFresh Burlington facilities.
• Perform local deliveries primarily within the GTA and surrounding area.
• Drive and operate straight trucks or trailers in a safe and professional manner.
• Perform truck and trailer safety inspection reports.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, incident reports, customer paperwork (bills of lading).
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and EarthFresh GMPs.
• All other duties as required by Warehouse Manager.
