As Thunder continues to expand its AWS partnership, we’re growing our Federal team and looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to help us build and optimize cutting-edge cloud solutions. This role is not just about writing code—you will be playing a crucial role in developing cutting-edge next-generation contact centers leveraging Artificial Intelligence as part of the solution. You’ll play a key role in architecting, optimizing, and managing advanced contact center solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in AWS implementations, a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence, hold multiple AWS certifications, and demonstrate expertise in designing, deploying, and optimizing scalable cloud solutions.
