About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor for its Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program in a Group Living Environment (GLE). GLEs are safe, comfortable homes where adults receive support to build confidence, skills, and independence in the community. The counselor supports residents on their paths to recovery by honoring their strengths and potential, providing daily living support, and fostering a respectful, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
• Valid driver's license and available, dependable transportation.
• Willingness to provide transportation to persons served in a personal vehicle as needed.
• High school diploma and one year of related experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with the recovery model, dual diagnosis, and/or addictions.
