About The Position

The Treasury Management Implementation & Support is a key member of the treasury management team, serving as a trusted resource for clients utilizing the Bank’s treasury products and digital banking platforms. This role supports a wide range of client needs—from routine inquiries to complex issue resolution across ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and online banking systems. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Client Service teams, and internal partners, this position also supports client onboarding, service implementations, and ensures accuracy in documentation and processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and committed to delivering seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in banking/financial services
  • 3+ years of treasury management, digital banking, or commercial client service experience
  • Working knowledge of ACH, wires, RDC, and online banking platforms
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong understanding of treasury products and payment systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for treasury management clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ACH, wire transfers, RDC, and digital banking platforms.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients.
  • Support onboarding of treasury services and ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Assist with system implementations and service enhancements.
  • Provide client training on treasury management products and services.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and internal records.
  • Partner with Treasury Management Officers, Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Assist with complex client cases and contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide operational support to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain working knowledge of ACH rules, UCC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
  • Complete required compliance training and uphold risk management standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support bank operations.
