Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, operational excellence, or innovation-focused roles
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows, performance metrics, and client delivery models
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Technology, and Operations to drive execution
  • Exceptional executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation, analytics, AI, or emerging technologies applied to healthcare operations strongly preferred
  • advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level operational innovation strategy, focusing on transformation, efficiency, scalability, and performance improvement across revenue cycle and clinical‑adjacent operations
  • Identify opportunities to redesign processes, leverage automation and AI, and improve operational workflows to drive measurable outcomes for clients and internal teams
  • Partner closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Operations leaders to operationalize innovation initiatives from concept through execution
  • Serve as an internal consultant and thought partner to executive and client leadership, translating innovation into actionable operational roadmaps
  • Pilot, test, and scale new operational models, tools, and methodologies, ensuring change adoption and long-term sustainability
  • Establish success metrics, track outcomes, and communicate results to senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop leaders and high-potential team members within innovation and operational excellence functions
  • Support client-facing initiatives as needed, ensuring innovation efforts align with client objectives and contract performance
