Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in member facing operations, in a credit union or bank setting.
• Associate's degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functions as subject matter expert on all operational products while leading process improvement projects to increase operational efficiency, improve the member experience, and manage risk.
• Analyze operational problems and develops procedures for their resolution.
• Manages and oversees back-office operations.
• Provides operational support to branch personnel as needed.
• Develops, implements, communicates and manages branch-related operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and managing strategic initiatives.
