About The Position

This position reports to the Senior Vice President/CIO. Incumbent is responsible for the selection, implementation and maintenance of all information technology applications and software utilized in the Bank including bank core operations such as, teller platforms, back-office platforms, document imaging systems, application upgrades and deployments and interfaces to such, including payment systems. This person is the primary contact/interface between the bank and COCC for computer operations functions and other cloud providers, such as hosted email, information security, network management and integrated services.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of a breadth of information technologies related to core banking.
  • Experience in application controls, parameters, security, and user access monitoring required.
  • A working knowledge of COCC Insight, document management, related banking applications and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or comparable experience in banking or IT.
  • A strong attention to detail, and self-motivated to carry out assignments with minimal supervision and collaborate well with others.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in COCC solutions, business continuity processes and banking applications preferred.
  • Front-line retail banking experience and/or IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Core computer operations and all technical application resources and underlying technical interdependencies of the bank, including an inventory of premised based and hosted software applications.
  • Ensure that applications and core processing is tested, maintained and available as expected.
  • Oversee upgrades and integrations of critical applications.
  • Ensure applications are adequately patched and currently supported by their vendor.
  • Primary administrator of all core application systems used by the bank to service its customers. These systems include the COCC Insight core banking system, the Integra document imaging system, the email security suite, Fedline Web as EUAC, ACBB Apex suite and other web-based systems assigned with the goal of making these systems secure.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in COCC core applications and assist with maintenance and deployment of COCC forms, workflows, parameters and maintain such expertise through attendance of COCC user groups, annual meetings and technical bulletins, including the research and recommendation of new features.
  • Provide accurate user access reviews and reports to the IT Steering and Cybersecurity and Business Resiliency Committees for critical end-user applications and the email security suite.
