About The Position

Underwrite both new and renewal Cyber, technology errors and omissions, privacy/security liability and miscellaneous E&O insurance business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 year(s) of insurance industry experience required
• Minimum of 5 years Cyber insurance experience required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Excellent marketing, negotiating and communication skills
• Strong technical and marketing expertise
• General computer and office suite skills
• Willingness to travel

• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate and underwrite Cyber liability risks
• Analyze, evaluate and underwrite errors and omissions for Technology risks
• Develop and manage broker relationships
• Analyze potential clients and present evaluations at daily group discussions
• Assist group in meeting monthly and annual production goals
• Attend appropriate training sessions and conferences when deemed appropriate
• Assist with special projects as needed under supervision of management
• Responsible for developing new business production and broker relationships
• Maintain existing broker relationships within assigned region
• Manage more junior underwriters, as needed
