Beacon is a national behavioral health organization providing residential services and supports to children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Severe Mental Illness (SMI), Autism, and high-acuity behavioral needs. All responsibilities within this role must be carried out in full compliance with company policies and procedures, accreditation standards, state and federal licensing requirements, HCBS guidelines, and contractual obligations with Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies. The Assistant Vice President of Compliance, in partnership with the Compliance Team, supports operational excellence by promoting the prevention, detection, and resolution of activities that may conflict with legal, regulatory, or ethical standards. This role plays a key part in developing and maintaining compliance policies, managing regulatory relationships, leading investigations, and ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements.
