About The Position

This role involves performing assembly, installation, repair, or replacement of aircraft electrical/electronic components and systems. The work is crucial for the manufacture, maintenance, or refurbishing of aircraft, including function checks of components. The position requires a close working relationship with a lead person to manage schedules, priorities, and the availability of parts, supplies, and tools. Work will be performed using blueprints, sketches, vendor and service manuals, and other source data to meet specific requirements. A variety of standard and specialized tools, power equipment, measuring devices, and test equipment will be used. A key responsibility is ensuring that all completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company specifications.

Requirements

Minimum of six (6) years of experience working on avionics in aircraft, preferably rotorcraft.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and diagrams.
Ability to apply standard shop practices in the fabrication and repair modifications of aircraft structures and repairs.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Current A&P license is a plus.
