About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience inspecting avionics components or aircraft systems preferred
  • Working knowledge of FAA Part 145, EASA, and AS9100 standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with avionics testing equipment and inspection tools
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment
  • Relevant quality or inspection certifications in aerospace or avionics
  • Familiarity with aircraft electrical and avionics systems

Responsibilities

  • Inspect avionics components, assemblies, and systems for compliance with regulatory and quality standards
  • Perform functional testing and verification of avionics equipment and installations
  • Review maintenance, repair, and overhaul documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, EASA regulations, AS9100 standards, and customer requirements
  • Identify and document discrepancies, non-conformances, and defects
  • Approve or reject components based on inspection results
  • Utilize precision inspection tools and avionics testing equipment
  • Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
