About The Position
Seeking an Avionics Hardware Design Engineer with mandatory RF design experience. The engineer will work on hardware design and development, including RF/microwave design and testing, hardware requirements and specifications, test planning, troubleshooting, debugging, and hardware qualification and environmental testing. EMI/EMC testing experience is mandatory; experience with DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 is preferred. The role is located in Melbourne, Florida. The stated experience level is 5 to 12 years, with no more than 15 years.

- 5 to 12 years of experience; candidates with more than 15 years are not sought.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related field.
Nice To Haves
- SPICE tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or TINA.
- ECAD/PCB design experience; Mentor Graphics Xpedition is preferred.
- MATLAB.
- DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 experience.
