About The Position

The Aviation Project Manager – Architecture leads large aviation projects as part of a capital program at a major international airport. The role coordinates administrative and technical project efforts to support efficient, cost-effective delivery and serves as the primary client liaison, bringing project schedules, budgets, and scope of work to completion in a manner that meets client expectations. The position also oversees architectural design and interior fit-out work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
8 years of relevant experience.
2 years of task management or deputy project manager experience.
Experience overseeing architectural designs.
Experience with interior fit-out.

Nice To Haves

RA, RID, or PE registration or licensure.
10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare strategic plans for project success.
Serve as the primary client liaison to deliver the schedule, budget, and scope of work to the client's satisfaction.
Actively manage the client's budget, schedule, and program, as well as HNTB's budget and schedule.
Administer project communications and documentation.
Oversee office administrative tasks and project team assignments.
Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts on small- to medium-sized projects.
Coordinate administrative and technical project efforts to support efficient, cost-effective execution.
Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.
Integrate quality control measures during all phases of design.
Perform other duties as assigned.
