About The Position
AerSale® is seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals for its growing facility in Millington, Tennessee. This is an opportunity to join a global leader in aviation products and services, specializing in aftermarket support for global passenger, cargo, and government segments. AerSale® offers a comprehensive range of value-added services, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, and internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics.
Requirements
- Experience in aviation maintenance.
- Applicable licenses (may qualify for additional hourly premiums).
- Ability to perform inspections.
- Skills in interior maintenance.
- Sheetmetal mechanic skills.
- Avionics mechanic skills.
- Composite mechanic skills.
- Lead mechanic experience.
- Lead inspector experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft and component maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
- Conduct inspections.
- Work on interiors.
- Perform sheetmetal repairs.
- Work on avionics systems.
- Repair composite materials.
- Lead maintenance teams and inspections.
