About The Position

This position supports component repair and overhaul activities at our Repair Station located in Hialeah, Florida. Experience repairing/overhauling Hydraulics components and ability to use hand tools, including calibrated micrometers and torque wrenches, is preferred.

Requirements

High School graduate or GED.
Must have mechanical ability ,and/or Hydraulics overhaul experience preferred.
Basic knowledge and experience with Hydraulics and electrical theory and wiring preferred.
Must have some type of technical capacity (aviation, automotive, etc.)
Results driven.

Nice To Haves

Experience repairing/overhauling Hydraulics components
Ability to use hand tools, including calibrated micrometers and torque wrenches

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, paint and modify Hydraulics components using CMM Manual repair techniques and test equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufactures specifications.
Reads and follows manuals, customer order instructions, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
Fulfills all regular and advanced installation/repair/maintenance duties, and completes required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
Functionally test all assemblies to ensure serviceability of completed units.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements.
Develops tools and equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufactures specifications as required.
A technician may be assigned to one or more departments, depending on operational needs of the company at the time of assignment.
All other duties as assigned or required.
